I lost A very special cousin 4yrs.ago as I prepared to leave Del.due to being tired of peoples foolishness And I never got to attend her services because I was not told.This is why on today GOD has allowed me to release a deep grief for her because we will get to dance and sing in heaven together and no one will be able to shut me out of her new life then.QUINETTA s prophecy about my life has come true today.I love and miss her to peices.Condolence to her Husband and her dear children 4 yrs.later

I met and worked with Quinetta in the mid-1970s at the Psychiatric Emergency Service at the DE State Hospital. I remember Quinetta as cheerful, kind, caring and encouraging. I especially remember her big smile. She was very grounded and optimistic even as she went through a difficult personal time then. I met her again many years later by chance, after she had transitioned to Federal government program. She was the same positive, happy, pleasant person, and she remembered our time working together- we had a good laugh about times there! Quinetta was truly one of the good ones. I am sure she wants everyone who knows her to keep on while fondly remembering her.

Robert Penn & The Beard family I was deeply sadden to learn of Quinetta's passing. She was my Sunday school teacher when I was a child. We worked together in music and her love and compassion for people was second to none. Quinetta will be miss but not forgotten. May the Lord smile upon you and give you peace in this time of this celebration for the life Of Quinetta Penn.
