Our Thoughts and prayers go out to the family , and with Heavy Hearts we share your Sorrow. We yearn for the day, when Jehovah will keep the promise he made of no more Pain, no Death, no Sorrow ! " Revelations 21:3-5 " } May you find Strength and Comfort knowing your Love ones are resting safely in Jehovah's limitless memory. May the peace from Jehovah God , shield your Heart, as you patiently wait and look forward to the wonderful day ,when those you've Loved and Miss, awaken from their sleep. { "John5:28"} visit online JW.org

My prayers and condolences go out to the entire Cephas family. I pray the lord continues to comfort you during this time of sorrow. Jeremiah 31:13 " Then shall the virgin rejoice in the dance, And the Young men and the old, together; For I will turn their morning to joy, Will comfort them. And make them rejoice rather than sorrow.
God Bless

To Ms. Katherine, Nina And Church, I Am So Sorry For Your Loss! My Deepest Condolences! We Stayed Next Door To All Of You, In Oakmont For Over 15 Years, Some Best Times Of My Life, Was Coming Right Next Door, Getting Chased By The Family Dog Velvet, And Mr. Cephas Always Had To Get Her, Because He Knew I Was Afraid! He Was A Very Good Man, And Him And My Father Was Very Good Friends, Just Like Me And His Son, Church Was More Like My Brother, He Always Looked After Me, When My Family Wasn't Around! So To The Cephas Family, Allan Cephas Sr. Will Always Be Missed! R. I. H Love You All!

I met Alan in the early 80’s when his brother Dick brought me to Wilmington to meet the family. Some of my first memories were Alan showing me how to eat blue crab and he and Dick sitting for hours finding things to laugh and tease about. Over the years he brought us many feasts of crab when he came to Connecticut. New Years Day was another fun memory. He and Dick would race to see who could call the other first with Happy New Year’s wishes even if it was 3am! I will miss his kindness and laughter. My sincere condolences to Catherine, Nina and Chirp. He was one of a kind! Love you all, JoAnn Cephas

To my sister in love Catherine and family I share in your sorrow. I thank God that I got to know this giant of a man whom I called " Teddy". I found much joy in teasing him as he would me. I will always cherish the memories on Thanksgiving when he couldn't wait for the oysters to get done and 4th of July as he stuffed himself with crabs. Heaven has gained an Angel. Forever in my prayers. Sister in-law Denise Jones
