I would like to offer my condolences. Grief can affect us in various ways, but for many the overriding feeling is one of intense emotional pain. The grief can be intense. Yet grief is said to be a necessary part of the healing process and of learning to adapt to the new situation. During this very difficult time, God’s Word, the Bible, provides the greatest comfort of all. For instance, at John 11:25, 26: “Jesus said: ‘I am the resurrection and the life. He that exercises faith in me, even though he dies, will come to life. May “the God of all comfort” (2 Corinthians 1:3, 4) comfort and soothe your heart.

We wanted to share our condolences with William’s family. It is never easy to have to say goodbye to a loved one. The pain of loss can be unbearable. Our Creator promises us that one day this pain will be just a memory. That beautiful promise can be found at Revelation 21:3, 4. Our pain and suffering will be a thing of the past, and we can cry tears of joy as we welcome back the ones that we love so much. We hope you find comfort in those promises.
