Nella was proceeded in death by her parents; brother, Charles Allen, brother Earl allen, Jr.; sister Gloria Larkin and sister Bobbie Kelly. Nella married George Neely, Jr., on August 29, 1957. From this union daughters, Cheryl Ann Neely (Chicago, IL); daughter, Jacqueline Elaine (Neely) Brownlee (Evanston, IL); son, Philip Merrill Neely (Nashville, TN). Nella is survived by her children; former husband George Neely, Jr.(Nashville, TN); grandson Bryson H. Brownlee (Evanston, IL); granddaughter Jocelyn E. Brownlee (Evanstone, IL); sister Shirley Mouton (Detroit, MI); brother Merrill Allen (Oakland, CA); brother Wayne Allen (Northern, CA) and many nieces and nephews throughout the country.
