Obituary of Charles Edward Wright

Charles Edward Wright, Sr., of Middleburg, FL, formerly of Chester, PA age 70 died Tuesday, May 17, 2005 at the Orange Park Medical Center. Charles was the son of the Hattie V. and Oliver M. Wright. He was a graduate of Chester High School. Charles served in the in the U.S. Army for 21 years. He is a retired Air Force Civil Service 1999, he was manager at Grand Forks Country Club and started Wrightway Cruise and Travel. He enjoyed traveling. Charles attended First United Methodist Church in Orange Park, Florida. He was preceded in death by his parents, Sister Delores E. Wright and Brother William O. Wright and granddaughter Tamarra Jackson. Charles leaves to cherish his memories wife Joan; daughter Charlene Jackson of Houston, TX and Janine Wright of Philadelphia, PA; sons Charles E. Wright, Jr., of Tacoma, WA and Stephen Wright of Philadelphia, PA.; Stepdaughters Yvonne Johnson of Middleburg, Florida, Denise Britt of Alexandria, VA., Trelina Anderson of Baltimore, MD, Marlene King of Dallas, TX and Alex Wright of Phoenix, AZ; brothers, J. Donald Wright of Raleigh, NC, Robert Wright, Carl(Sonny) Wright of Chester, PA; sisters Doris Springfield and Gloria (Bootsie) Wright both of Chester, PA; 17 grandchildren, a host of nieces, nephews and other relatives.
