Arthur Lambert Brown was born to Anna Viola Brown and the late Oscar W. Browm, Sr, in Wilmington, DE. on April 12, 1952. He died peacefully at home on November 22, 2004. Arthur is survived by his son, Ian Brown, daughter, Erica P. Brown and daughter-in-law, Arnessa Brown. He also leaves his mother, Anna V. Brown; grandmother, Anna N.
