We met Mr. Billy when we lived in Delaware. A relative referred him to us when we needed auto body work on our car after an accident. He was a expert in what he did but he also showed care and concern for us after the accident. He prayed for us an even visited us on a few occasions. He was a gentle soul. We moved from Delaware in 2001 but we often talked about Mr. Billy. We tried to Google his auto body business today to surprise him with a telephone call. We found his obituary instead. We want to offer our condolences to your family. May he rest in peace.
