Obituary of Joseph Granvel Roberts

Age 65 yers., of Wilm., DE passed away suddenly on Wed. August 18, 2004 at his residence. Mr. Roberts was born November 4, 1938 in New Discovery, Townsend, DE to the late Elbert and Sarah Davis. He was employed with Brandywine Construction, James Julian and Tidewater Construction where he retired. He leaves to cherish his memories, his wife of 40 years, Diane Coates Roberts of Wilm., DE; children Audrey and beverly Roberts of Wilm., De; Joseph Jr., Robert and Ronston Roberts, all of Elkton, MD; Sherry Hinton and Michael Roberts of New Castle, DE; Catherine Roberts of Fredricksburg, VA; sister Ella Staton of Elkton, MD; brother John Roberts of Fairlee, Md and a host of grandchildren, great grand- children, brother-in-laws, sister- in-laws, cousins and friends.
