He is Survived by 3 children, Larry and Valisa Bailey, and Victoria Britt, all of New Castle, DE; 3 sisters, Carol S. Wright and Debra Stafford of Wilmington and Donella Hodges (L.B.) of Stone Mountain, Georgia; 1 brother Darryl Price of Wilmington DE; 9 grandchildren; and a host of aunts, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
