Obituary of Dorothy Evelyn Powell

passed on Friday, July 11, 2014. She was born in Elkton, MD and moved to Wilmington as a young girl. She was an active member of the Mt. Enon Baptist Church. She loved to knit, ride the bus and spend time with her family and friends. Dorothy was predeceased in death by her beloved daughter Cecilia Allen. She is survived by her sons Earl Berry, Wyatt W.
