Juanita, Billy II, "Sis" Charlotte, Jimmy, Sid and other family and friends: It is with deepest sympathy that I mourn the loss of my dear cousin, Billy. I visited him in the hospital and talked with him by phone during his brief illness. Knowing he was very sick, I encouraged him to keep the faith and felt that he would beat the odds of being sick, but I now know that God had other plans. Billy was warm, caring and friendly and loved family! Each time I saw or talked with him over the years and last week, we always parted with us saying, "I love you cousin," and we meant it because we always felt the sincere family bond between us. We mourn your loss and our loss, but we shall keep the faith and great memories of Billy! His death was sudden and tragic, but rest assured, he is at peace and no longer has to suffer the pains of this world. He is 'Victorious' with the Father!
Peace, Love and Blessings,
Your cousins - Wardell & Gloria Harmon & Family

I am going to miss you cousin Billy. You were always so loving and I will miss that and you. I will remember our laughs, talks weather it was about people or just in general. Mostly I will miss our hugs because you could hug me and make me feel like I could take on anything. Now you are free of this earthly body and all the pain it comes with I know you are showing that winning smile and glowing like always.
