Stephanie:
God looked around His garden
And He found an empty place.
And then He looked down
upon the earth,
And saw Mr. Napier's face.
He put His arms around him,
And lifted him to rest.
God's garden must be beautiful now,
He always takes the best.
He knew that he was suffering,
He knew he was in pain,
He knew that he would never
Get well on earth again.
He saw the road was getting rough,
And the hills were hard to climb,
So He closed Mr. Napier's weary eyelids,
And whispered "Peace be thine."
I know it broke your heart to lose him.
But he didn't go alone,
For part of you went with him
The day God called him home.
