He was preceded in death by his siblings, Doretha Broomer, Sharon Walley and Anthony Walley. He leaves to cherish his memories his wife of 29 years, Patricia Walley. 3 children, Keisha Haynes, Charles L. Cephas Walley, IV, Tysha Smith and grandson Raheem Cephas who he raised; 2 brothers, Lionel Walley and Barry Hudson; 6 grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren, a host of other family members and friends.
