Clarence Edward Tilghman, Sr. passed on Saturday, March 20th, 2021 in Salisbury, Maryland. 

 

Clarence was born on November 26th, 1948 in Upper Hill, Maryland to Harold Tilghman and Sarah Tilghman. 

 

Clarence was employed as Fork Lift Operator with Huhtamaki.
