Obituary of Michael Aikens

Michael Earl Aikens, 58, he was born to Robert Aikens and Eloise Aikens in Wilmington, DE on February 27, 1962 departed this life December 28, 2020 at Christiana Hospital.

MIchael received his early education in the public school system of Wilmington, DE. He graduated from Concord High School in 1980.

MIchael worked at Hotel DuPont for a few years, then worked for M & K Bus Company and was passionate about driving buses. He was the life of the party, it wasn't a party without soft shoe Teddy.

Michael leaves cherished memories with his girlfriend, Charmetta Bayard; six children, Subrina (Raphael) Warren-Hernandez, Shanay Warren, Michael Warren, Malcolm Warren, Marty(Alexis) Warren and Shanika(Tyje, Sr.) Warren-Godwin; siblings  Gerald and Debra Aikens; 11 grandchildren, 1 god-daughter, 3 aunts, a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
