My deepest condolences to the family. Uncle Martin was a great guy and my Grandfather Edward Drew loved him very much. I’ll miss him at family reunions asking “where’s Uncle John’s Jungle/Jumpin juice!”. Good times!

Dear Sharon and family. Rodney and I would like to express our heartfelt sympathy for the passing of martin. He was a kind and generous man who worked tirelessly to rehabilitate and renovate the historic blackwater Colored School in Frankford. It was our dream to complete this process in a timely manner. We hope to see that this project is completed. May God continue to bless and keep you as you navigate this time of mourning.
Sincerely,
Rodney and Valerie Reeves

My deepest condolences to the family of Martin Drew. I am deeply saddened to hear of his passing. Martin was a GIANT of man and jhs 35 should be renamed after him. Working together to improve the education of our students was a goal with both aspired too. He motivated me to dig deep and work on my skills as a teacher. He also encouraged me to graduate from St. John's College and Baruch College where we both received master's from both schools. Martin was a ball of energy and always on the run. to deliver quality education to the students. Together, we led the English and Reading Departments. He was tremendous friend and mentor. The world was a better place because of Martin. I love you and miss you my brother. Sending a hug to Sharon and his family.

Condolences to the family of cousin Martin Drew. The impact that he has had on my life is still yet unfolding. The one thing I will be forever indebted to cousin Martin for is the input he gave me when we were planning my parents 50th wedding anniversary. The information was priceless. Rev.
