Age 58 of Wilmington, DE died april 20, 2004 at home. Bill is survived by his wife of 31 years, Peggy E.Foeman; and daughters Sharon DuPont, Tammy foeman-Young (Michael), Tuesday Foeman-Flowers (Corneilus) & Terri Foeman. He is also survived by brother, Edwin Russum (Doris); sister Barbara Daniels (Elder Gentle); mother, Lavinia Couch; mother-in-law; and a host of other family.
