To. Penny, Ronny, Ben and Melissa I was just thinking how we all grow up in Rose gate in the circle, it was the Crumps, Gilchrist, Farwas, Fields, Bells and others. We had so much fun we all got along. Lee was a good person, he care about his family, son Jamar, daughter Juanita (Lee Lee) and his grandchildren's. Please accept my sympathies for your brother’s passing. May God comfort you and your family during this time of indescribable grief. Never forget that God will not forsake you, and that He will always take care of you. Only God knows what’s inside your heart, and only God knows how he can restore you.

To The Crump Family, I send my condolences to the family. Lee was one of the young DeLaWarr brothers along with my brother Steve Surratte, Chuck Bowers, Mike Irby, George Gregory, Rebel Wilson, Otis Hightower, Rich Simmons, his brother Ron and myself who played basketball together. We played at DeLaWarr High School and Surratte Park. Lee was a superstar that played the game well. He was a nice guy with a great personality. To Ron and Penny I extend my sincere sympathy.
