Veronica was always a great support to me at Genesis Care Center, NJ when I did volunteer work there. She was a wonderful Blessing and had a Beautiful Voice. May the Lord Jesus bring His Comfort and Peace to her family during this difficult time. In Jesus Name. AMEN In Christ. Rev. Rich Hennessy Eph 3:20

To my sister: I am grateful for the time God allowed us to have with you. As you were gracious in life, you were gracious even in death. This is my tribute to you as I remember the last words I heard you speak.
Thanks Be To God:
My upbringing was strong
I found Him and He saved me
For my parents, my brothers and my sisters
Just like my Savior, I married a man that loved me and made good on his promises
For our sons and our grandchildren and family
For choosing me to show forth His Glory
Because He loved me, He carried me, and held me until the very end.
Now Veronica to you: Thanks Be To God
That you were such a strong sister in Him
For allowing us to know you
We were able to see His Hand touch your life in more than one way
Your journey was predestined through Divine Order
That’s how we know that God loved you, carried you, and held you until the very end!
Thanks Be To God... Love you!!!

I want to take this opportunity for allowing me to know and love my Sister in Christ "Veronica Petroski". While I'm yet in tears and heart is heavy, I know she's going to a better place with Jesus. She encouraged me in so many ways and always told me she was praying for my husband. This meant a lot to me. When I saw her for the last time she was telling us at the dinner table how she met her husband "Bishop Edward Petroski", it brought joy to my heart. I will miss her dearly. Much Love!! Sister Mitchell

I am typing this through tears. My deepest condolences for the loss of Veronica. She and I became friends in middle school and remained the closest of friends throughout high school. I am heartbroken.
We shared many memories. We shared the title of Most Sophisticated for the Class of 1969, but the most memorable time for me took place on our senior trip to Washington D.C. when we cooked up a caper.
Maybe it was daring, even sophisticated, but it was really just two teenagers looking to shock some people, and shock some people we did! We decided to walk hand in hand through the Smithsonian. Today it wouldn't raise a single eyebrow, but in 1969, it certainly did. One woman actually turned her children around when she spotted us and skedaddled with them out of the room! There was a lot of whispering and pointing. We got lots of stares and a few sneers. Of course, a lot of people paid no attention to us at all, even back then. It's amazing how much our country has changed in my lifetime.
I will miss you always, my dear friend.
RIP
Love,
Kipp
