Deputy-Woodard Family: It's with heavy hearts, as family we send our deepest condolence to each of you. Memories of Richard that I remember is how he could tell a story that made you laugh. He was just as funny as Uncle Charlie. The time I had all you over for dinner, this was years ago, those two had us all in tears!...
