Obituary of Virgil H. Carter

Virgil H. Carter was born on June 17,1956 in Philadelphia, Pa.He passed on April 3,2019 in Newark, Delaware.

Virgil received his early education at A.I. DuPont High School. 

He was employed at Earle's Tire Sale for many years.

His many hobbies included drawing, detailing his truck, assembling model cars, watching baseball, and he was a die-hard Eagles Fan.

Virgil. H. Carter was preceded in death by his mother, Mary E. Carter.  Virgil H. Carter is survived by his Sister-Daphne Scott (James E.), daughter Brandy Carter, son Virgil Carter Jr, two grand-daughters Keyonna Warren and Brionna Warren, and a host of relatives and friends.
