I regret not knowing Bishop Brown had passed until the funeral was over. I would have written a Resolution of Respect from Prison Fellowship and attended the service. Bishop Brown was very active in the ministry for several years and was the only minister allowed to baptize the women at BWCI. The women incarcerated saw him as a father figure and they truly loved and respected him. On behalf of Prison Fellowship and my family, you have my deepest sympathy and prayers.

To the Brown family, my extended family. I send my heart and love to all of you. Bishop Brown(Pop Pop) was a big part of my childhood and adulthood. His preaching always echo's in my mind.
