Obituary of Carter Leroy Perry

Carter Perry, was born April 12, 1966 to Betty Ann Perry and Charles Perry Jr. He passed on September 28, 2017 in Wilmington, De.

He was known as “Wink”.

Wink graduated from Claymont High School, Claymont Delaware. After high school he was employed by Kreston Liquors and also was a self- employed.

Wink had many hobbies such as installing and designing car electronics. He enjoyed riding motorcycles and watching Scientific documentations on TV.

He also, like to play jokes on his family members to get a chuckle. Wink was well known as the Master of Audio Sound and alarm systems for motor-vehicles.

He liked spending time with family and friends and was very respected and well manner and everyone had love for Wink.

Wink was preceded in death by his parents Betty Ann Perry and Charles Perry,Jr.

Wink is survived by brothers Charles Perry III, Brian Perry and Blain Perry; god-sister, Nona Tompkins; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, aunt, Annie Brown; a special cousin, James Landy and friends.
