Cuz.... its already been a year and it seems like it was just yesterday. I still find myself sitting by the phone expecting your call around the holidays or those late night/ early mornings when we intuitively would engage our instinctual powwow. Honestly, I feel so lost these days but know God felt your work on this earthly domain was complete and can hear your reminder to keep the FAITH. You are truly missed, peace and love from your cousin and brother Darrell

I am truly shocked. We just discovered today 10/3/13 that Bill was gone. Bill was not only a friend but a well respected member of the veterans service community nationwide. He was also a long member of the National Association for Black Veterans and has helped many many veterans with claims and services. He was truly dedicated to the mission of helping veterans. Bill will be really missed. Richard Rodgers National Association for Black Veterans Inc.
