Obituary of Lawrence Williams

Lawrence Williams, aka, Larry, was born on April 16, 1954 in Wilmington, DE, to Thelma A. and Lawrence Williams.  Larry passed  on July 27, 2017 at Wilmington Hospital.

Larry attended Wilmington High School, Delaware Technical and Community College and 4 years at the Jameson School of Theology.

Lawrence was a faithful member of New Life Baptist church of DE, where he was a deacon.  Larry was a 33rd Degree Past Grandmaster of the African Harmony Grand Lodge.  Larry was a long shore man.  He had many hobbies:  Mason, long shore man, veteran, carpenter.  He loved spending time with his grandchildren.  He enjoyed singing and listening to gospel music.

Larry was preceded in death by Thelma A. Williams, George Williams and Linwood, aka Eddie.

Larry leaves to cherish his memory his wife, Brenda Williams; sons Lawrence (fly Man), Lamarr Williams; daughter, Dee Dee Williams; two sisters, Joyce Williams and Beverly Dollard-Starling (Rob); brothers Victor, Andre, Seth and Punch; a host of grandchildren, god-children, nieces and nephews and a host of other relatives and friends.
