Obituary of Rachel E. Scott

Rachel Elizabeth “Libby” Scott, the ninth of ten children, was born on April 22, 1930 in Magnolia, DE to the late Raymond Scott and Mary E. Bowers Scott. She passed away peacefully on March 16, 2017 at Bayhealth Medical Center in Dover. Libby was preceded in death by her parents Raymond and Elder Mary E. Scott and her siblings: Ida, Raymond, Howard, Thomas, David, Sarah, Ellen, Ruth, Eva Mae and Marian. She is survived by her niece and caregiver Delores Milbourne ;her nieces and nephews, Charlynn Boyer, Dwayne (Clarise) Boyer, Robin (Timothy)Couch, Iris (Ivan) Broomer, Myra Moore and Brian Moore; great-nieces and great nephews, including special great-niece Dior Smith Boyer; Goddadugher, Clarenda Purnell ; adopted nephews, Andrew (Courtney), and Joseph Bratten; cousins and special friends.
