Obituary of Bishop Larry J. Bryson Sr.

Bishop Larry James Bryson Sr. passed away suddenly on Monday, January 2, 2017. Larry was born in Gary, WV., on September 24, 1948 to the late Ellis and Naomi Bryson. He was employed by Christiana Care Health Systems for 39 years. Larry was the founding Pastor of Word of Life Ministries, Inc. and presiding prelate of Kingdom Connections Ministries, Inc. Survived by his wife of 46 years, Marie Bryson; children, Patrice Moore, Larry J. Bryson Jr. (Loretta), Angela Flood, Michael Bryson (Celeste); brother, Edwin W. Bryson; 13 grandchildren, and a host of other relatives and friends. Visitation will be on Saturday, January 7, 2017 from 9 am to 11 am at Powerhouse Ministries, 115 E. Glenwood, Avenue, Smyrna, DE 19977. Interment will be held on Monday, January 9 , 2017 at 10 am at Gracelawn Memorial Park.
