To Mrs. Billing and Family,
Rochelle and I were neighbors on Apple Street in South bridge. We grew up together and went to school together. The family was so good to me and we did everything together.Rochelle always tried to keep the peace when we were children.I am going to miss her. She was one of my best friends.Linda and Mrs. Billings my heart is broken knowing that my dear friend has left us. I know she is resting in the arms of God. My prayers are with your family.
God Bless.

To be absent from the body is to be present with the Lord! Rochelle was my friend and my sister while growing up in South-bridge! So many memories are flooding my mind of her. Our friendship goes back to John-Palmer and continued through Bancroft and Wilmington High. We would walk to school together, meeting at the corner of Heald and Apple Street. Going up-town on Saturdays together and the group we formed while at Bancroft "The Three B's plus 1-A", LaVonne Bishop, Debbie Brinkley, Jane Allison and Rochelle Billings. I remember when she had Brian, never forgetting his birthday is November 1st. When she married George and had Jason and then George. I was just thinking about her the other day. I am not able to be with you on tomorrow but I will be in prayer for God to comfort you during this time. She was a true friend of which I always loved and the imprint she placed on my heart. She will always be with me in spirit!
