I was looking at the obituaries here on this website when hardy's and I thought that this fellow has a Kind and pleasing demeanor of his face, Such a nice genuine smile.
Death is always so tragic..
I am hoping that some thoughts from the Bible will bring you some comfort in this difficult time.
It was never God's intention that we get sick and or old and die, When he put Adam and Eve in the Garden of Eden, he also put the prospect of a happy healthy life forever on earth before them (Genesis 1:28)
Our creator has not given up on this original plan...endless happy life here on earth for all .....even though Satan Adam and Eve messed up. (Isaiah 55:10-11)
The Bible also tells us that it is Satan that causes death and not God (Hebrews 2:14)
Our creator Jehovah God sent his only Son, Jesus Christ to ransom us from death and destroy all the works of Satan (1 John 3:8)
Remember Jesus said: "I am the resurrection and the life. He that excercises faith in me will live even if he dies." (John 11:25)
With Jesus as King of God's Kingdom, resurrection from the dead and a restored paradise earth are assured.
It is my hope that these promises from God will bring you some comfort, peace and hope until such time as you can be reunited with Hardy.
