My Deepest condolences to The White Family and also to my brother, Thomas L. Carter, Jr. who was a daily part of Val's life and was family to her also. To exclude his name from the obituary as her devoted friend is a slap in the face since he was with her and was her caregiver for all these years. But brother you know I am here for you because I know you are hurting too and I know all that you did for Val. Val does not and will not suffer any longer as she and her son are now resting in God's Loving Arms. I Love You My Brother and Be Blessed!!!
