To the family of Vivian,
Vivian and I were like sisters. I stayed with her before I moved to Florida. We use to go out to dinner together and were sisters in Christ. My heart is broken. I always look forward to seeing her when I come back home. I know she is with the Lord and will be missed. I know the bible says to be absent from the body is to be present with the Lord. She was a dedicated member at New Community Church. I know the church body will miss such an angel. My prayers are with the family.
Love,
Rounette Johnson

I was so very fortunate to have known Vivian for the last 9 years while she was employed with the Delaware Supreme Court. She was a pleasure to know and to work with. She was a kind, compassionate person and always had a smile to share with those around her. Her passing saddens me more than I can say and I will miss her.

My heartfelt condolence to the family, friends, and others who had the pleasure of knowing and working with Vivian. I am a member of the Locker-Quarrels family from Louisa County Virginia, related to Ragland-Bishop families and a classmate of Vivian in the 1965 Burley High School graduating class of Charlottesville Virginia. Vivian is well remembered for her quiet but friendly disposition. She always had a smile and was a genuine responsible individual To shed tears is human but to rejoice in the home going is spiritual. Our loss is heaven's gain. Be blessed in the Lord.

I am so sorry to hear of your loss. I did not know your loved one personally, but I do know the pain of losing a loved one in death. It is my hope that you may find comfort from family and friends, and from "the God of all comfort" who can provide us with peace during such difficult times. - 2 Corinthians 1:3

You always made me feel welcomed at work. You were always kind, I have never worked with someone who was so soft-spoken, and that made it easier to open up to you. You were always willing to help people, and you taught me a lot. Genuinely nice people like you, do not come around very often. I am so thankful that I got to work with you.
Rest in peace Ms. Vivian, you will never truly know the impact you truly had on me.

I had the honor and privilege to know Vivian for the 9 years she was employed by the Supreme Court of Delaware. She was dedicated to her job, kind, caring and compassionate to her co-workers and the best listener I have ever met. She is and will continue to be dearly missed.
