On Wednesday, January 20, 2016 the good Lord called home James "Jamie" Richard Howard, Sr. James leaves to cherish loving memories his wife, Thea M. Howard; two daughters, Tawana L. Howard and Tasha "Tootie" C. Steward(Vernon); grandsons, Kymir D. Howard and Vance R. Steward; Sister, Clara Kensey; his devoted friends, Willie Terry and Daryl Lindsey and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other family and friends.
