Melrosa Elinor (Raiford) Chandler, daughter of the late James and Ruby Mae Raiford was born on April 14, 1959 in Augusta, Georgia and departed this life on Sunday, November 8, 2015. Melrosa leaves to cherish her memory three daughters: Tinisha Courtney Chandler, Shannen Lenae Pabon (Pierre) and Jasmine Nicole Street; two granddaughters: Jahzlin Pabon and Nylah Pabon; Sisters: Ethel Whitaker, Jeannette Raiford, Annette Raiford, Celia Marshall (Ken), Sharon Burnett; and brother: Bishop Wilford Gerald Raiford (Shirley).
