To the entire Brooks family, I offer my most sincere condolences. My father and mother, Mr. and Mrs. Robert R. "Boxcar" Harrison, were very good friends with Mr. and Mrs. Wallace E. Brooks. Miss Mary was one of the most most beautiful women that I have ever met in my life. I haven't ever seen her mad or upset, and she smiled one of the most beautiful smiles. I know that she raised beautiful, productive children. Miss Mary cared for my buddy Victor as great as any champion mother would.
As we all move on, the master has new jobs for us. He judges us by the work we perform that he has set before us. Once we have performed to his standards, He calls us home and gives us a brand new assignment. Miss Mary has performed to his standards. God has called your mother home because she was worthy. I know that she will be missed here on Earth, but, at this time, she should be celebrated. God has proved this to you by calling her her home to be by his side. God bless you all.
