Obituary of Hazel B Berry

Hazel Bernice Berry, 81 of Felton, Delaware passed away on Friday, January 11, 2013 at Bay Health Medical Center, Dover, DE. She was born in Viola, DE on October 8, 1931 to the late Benjamin and Cora Elizabeth (Loper) Smith, she was the youngest daughter of seven. Her parents were co-founders of Mt. Plymouth AME Church, Felton, DE where Mrs. Berry was a lifetime member. She was class valedictorian (Booker T. Washington H.S.). Mrs.Berry was a teacher's aide at Care-A-Lot Daycare in Woodside, Faith Elementary School in Dover and Kraft Foods employed for over 20 years. She leaves to cherish her memories, children, Thomas (Christel) of Hartford, CT, Leslie of Felton, Sandra Mack of Dover, Michael of Georgetown, Craig (Mildred) of BenSalem, PA, Kevin (Stephanie) of Riestertown, MD, Melinda (Keith) Nunn of Felton, DE; and her only surviving sibling, Benjamin Smith of Felton.
