Obituary of Alice M. Johnson

Alice Michelle Johnson was born August 4, 1971 to the late Richard Everett and Mildred Johnson in Wilmington, Delaware. She departed this life on Monday October 3, 2011. Michelle attended Mary C.I. Williams Elementary School, and later graduated from Brandywine High school. In her youth she accepted Christ as her savior, and attended Mt. Zion Methodist Church. She loved working with children and worked in several day care centers before the decline of her health. Michelle enjoyed cooking, sewing and spending time with family playing cards and board games. She received several awards from the Kiwanis Girls Club for her outstanding community service. Michelle was preceded in death by her father, Richard Everett, and an aunt and uncle Alice Landry and Francis Landry, Sr. She leaves to cherish her life and memories her mother Mildred Johnson; son Michael Johnson; fiancé Ronnie Freeman, Jr., half-brother Wilbert Johnson; fiancé's mother Sheila Joyner; and a host of family and friends.
