Bernard Pierce, age 78, passed away peacefully on August 19, 2011 surrounded by his family. Bernard was born on April 8, 1933 to the late William and Bertha Pierce. Bernard served in the Air Force for more than 10 years and retired from the State of Delaware Department of Corrections. Bernard was preceded in death by brother, Rayfield Taylor, grandchildren, Stacey and Clifford Henson, Jr. and in-laws, Tony Pierce, James Moss and Sandra Pierce.
