Jamar Eugene "Buff" Brown of Wilm., DE went home to be with the Lord on April 18, 2011 after 23 joyful years of life. He was preceded in death by both parents, his mother, Yvonne Josephine Brown and his father, William Eugene Wharton; his brother, Howard Brown and his beautiful niece, Ramyah Brown. He is survived by his 5 sisters, Felicia Brown, Sharelle Wharton, Bilneshia Brown, Angela Wharton and Lisa Brown; 5 brothers, Ira Brown, David Wharton, Dawon Brown, Emmanuel Robinson and Shawn Mitchell; he is also survived by a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
