Willie was born the first son to mr & Mrs Emerson & Clara Daggett on August 15, 1954 in Hemingway, SOuth Caolina. He graduated from DeLaWarr High School. He serves in the United State Army and was honorably discharged in 1980. Willie was employed at the Port of Wilmington.
