Richard Marvin Wilmore "Dickie" Age 74, departed this life February 24, 2011 at Pinnacle Rehab Center, Smyrna, DE, formerly of Sacred Heart Village, Wilmington, DE. Son of the late Arthur and Dorothy Parker. He is survived by caregiver cousin, Janice Wilford-Rogers(C.
