Obituary of Leon L. Daniels

Leon L. Daniels, Sr. born on December 5, 1923 departed this life on January 26, 2011. He was married to Helen E. Wright for 49 years until she departed this life in January 2000. He was born in Chestertown, Maryland but later moved to Wilmington where he raised his children. He worked for Speakman for several years and also worked in construction as a cement finisher until he retired. He loved playing his guitar during church service and also enjoyed gardening in his younger years. He will be dearly missed by all his family and friends. He is survived by three children, Leon L. Daniels, II, Sandra D. Wooley, and Kevin A. Daniels; two sisters and one brother, Lillian Brown, Elsie May Hynson known as "Bunny" and Allen Daniels; eight grandchildren, five great grandchildren.
