Its been two years since you passed and I miss you so much like you were the only one that was truly there for me when i needed you through that time i was going thru you never left. Im not going to go in detail but you know and i appreciated and really looked up to you for what you did for me when I felt I had nobody yopu was al;ways there no matter what if i was right or wrong you led me in the right path taught me bought things i didnt even know Man i miss you so much rashaun i cant stop thinking bout the good times we had for that little time i swear the good die young save me a spot up there i know you in gods hands now REST EASY.......

I was one of Rashaun's teachers at Pleasantville Elementary. I remember him as a happy student with a great smile. He was proud that he had learned to read. I also remember that he was quite an artist. Whenever he had an assignment that involved drawing, he did a wonderful job. The other students crowded around to see what he had drawn. I am sorry to learn of his death and will remember him fondly. My sympathy to his mother, brothers and sisters.

I only knew Rashaun for a very short time while working with him at the Rick VanStory Resource Center.He had the most beautiful smile and personality to match! He will be truly missed by many people. May God bless and keep him forever.

Rashaun was one of The Rick Vanstory Resource Centers most helpful and promising young volunteers,his beautiful smile,giving spirit and helpful nature. Will be greatly missed, this tragedy has robbed both friends & family of the wonderful young man Rashaun was becoming as well as all the people he connected with at RVRC and the Wilmington, DE community he chose to make a positive change in his life and the lives others. To The Carter Family,
Please accept my condolence.
Hopefully you are able to draw comfort from the scriptures during your time of distress. For example, did you know at 1 Corinthians 15 26, the bible refers to death as an enemy, that will be "brought to nothing"? It also helps us to appreciate that all of mankind can look forward to a time when we will be reunited with our loved ones who have fallen asleep in death. Jesus Christ's words at John 5 28, 29 assures us that this will soon take place.
Is it not encouraging to know that our heavenly Creator not only has the power, but desires to fulfill such promises? -Job 14 15.
