Obituary of Charles Edward Clark

Charles Edward Clark III passed away peacefully at home surrounded by family on Wednesday, January 19, 2011 after a brief illness. He was born on February 26, 1963 in Wilmington, Delaware to the late Charles Edward Clark, II and Adlene Wilkerson Clark. He attended Joseph Douglass School and Elwyn; participated in Boy Scouts of America, track and swim events in Special Olympics and loved to dance and watch wrestling. "Charlesy", as he was affectionately called, never forgot a face or a birth date. Left to cherish his memory are sisters Carolyn Clark of Wilmington, Jean Allen of Coatesville, PA, Betty Dupee of Smithfield, VA; brothers Michael Clark and Milford Wilkerson of Wilmington; great uncle Edward Williams of Philadelphia, PA; aunts Marie C. Humbles of Accomack, VA, Bernice Thurston of Brooklyn, NY, and Emma Henderson of Atlantic City, NJ; two nieces, four nephews and a host of relatives and friends.
