The Dorsey Family,
I just learned of my longtime friend Olivia's passing. I met her over 30 years ago when I worked for two summers at St. Francis Hospital in Human Resources. She always encouraged me and whenever I saw her she had kind words. I lost touch with her for more than a decade but I spoke to her in October when she won tickets to a fashion show I was doing in Wilmington. I feel blessed to have had that long conversation. Family you are in my thoughts and prayers. Olivia will be much missed.

I send my deepest words of comfort to my family and pray that you cherish each moment you shared with your mother. She has a new heart, a new body and no doubt is rejoicing that she made it over. Words and thoughts from others may be comforting but after everything is all over and you continue with your daily lives, this is when you will need family, friends and other associates to be there for you. I pray that you continue to walk with the Lord so that one day you will be joining your mother and father.
God Bless you all, cousin Lois.

It will be the little things that you will remember, the quiet moments, the smiles, the laughter. And although it may seem hard right now, it will be the memories of these little things that help to push away the pain and bring the smiles back again.

To the Dorsey Family,
I work at St. Francis Hospital. I remember Mrs. Olivia when I had my interview a little over 2 years ago. During our conversation, while I was waiting to be interviewed, we discovered she was related by marriage to my sister's Regina and Thelma. Although, she stated she was about to leave St. Francis, she still greeted me with a smile. From what I witnessed and from what I hear from other employees, she was a ray of light to St. Francis Human Resources Department and will be missed by many. My prayers are with the entire Dorsey Family.

To Olivia's Family and Friends:
Words can never adequately describe the way that I felt after hearing about Olivia's sudden and tragic passing. For many of my 23 years at Saint Francis, Olivia was a mainstay, and the core, of the Human Resources Department. Her smile, charm, and friendliness made her well-liked and respected, and she will be very much missed. Please accept my sincerest condolences on the loss of this wonderful and unique woman. May God give you peace, and enable you to keep her memory in your hearts. Rest in peace, Olivia.
