In remembering this wonderful child of God, as soon as she was able to walk she had business going next door and by herself may I add, to Mrs. Bea Pitts's home. Sandy was not one for formalities so she would just open the door and come right in and make herself at home. The whole neighborhood, which was Flower Hill, on 11th street knew Sandy by sight and loved her. They would also protect her when at those times she might be able to elude 4 sisters and 6 brothers. So, whenever you saw the Mosley brigade rushing out of the door you knew Sandy was up to her tricks again. I have many, many memories of Sandy and all of her siblings, being one of the Pitts children next door.
I just want Ethel and all of the Mosley family to know my prayers are with them today and always.
