To the Jeffrey family: I want to express my sorow and grief for the loss of a one-of-a-kind man. I have had the pleasure of knowing him only a year in my dialysis clas and riding the bus together. He was one of my very few favorite people. He had a great personality and sense of humor, and I really did not know how much he was suffering because he did not talk about it. I will always miss his laugh which made others laugh. He was kind and warm and knowing I would see Leroy made going to my dialysis class alot easier. It will not be the same without him. Even though he is in a better place with the Lord, here I will always hear his voice joking and laughing and saying good morning to me. I will always be sad that he is no longer with us.

To the family of Mr Leroy, for all the years I've worked at DSH i have to say he was such a kind and funny man. Everytime i seen him, he would cut up with me calling me lil' Carr and always had some advice in keeping my head above water while working for the state. I greatly appreciated it Mr Leroy and I am sure to see you on the other side. Rest on now....
