Obituary of Elder Howard A Spencer

Howard A. Spencer, of New Castle, DE, departed into a peaceful rest at Forwood Manor, Wilmington, DE on Friday, February 19, 2010. He was the son of the late Emmanuel and Mary Spencer. Howard was united in holy matrimony to the late Mary B. Spencer. Elder Spencer was founding pastor and overseer of the National Church of God, Inc., in East New Market, Maryland where he served faithfully for 39 years. Howard leaves to cherish his memory, four nieces, two nephews, seven great nieces and nephews, five great-great nieces and nephews, one godson and two goddaughters.
