I am sorry to learn of the loss of your dear Brian. Although I did not know Brian personally, words canâÂ(TM)t express the sadness that I felt when I read of his passing. Please accept my sincere condolences and I extend these to the entire Miles, Peterson and Jenkins families; my heart aches for you all.
May you find comfort knowing that death was never GodâÂ(TM)s purpose for mankind. (Romans 5:12). Consequently, the Bible calls death an enemy. (1 Corinthians 15:26)
The scripture at Daniel 2:44 says in part, âÂoeThe God of heaven will set up a kingdom that will never be brought to ruin.â Jesus taught his disciples to pray for GodâÂ(TM)s Kingdom, of which he now rules as King. (Matthew 6:10; 1 Corinthians 15:25; Revelation 11:15) It is by means of GodâÂ(TM)s Kingdom that all human suffering and even death will be permanently removed. (Isaiah 25:8; Revelation 21:4) And for our loved ones who are sleeping in death, the King of GodâÂ(TM)s Kingdom has promised that he will raise these ones back to life on earth; and restore humans and the entire earth to their originally designed perfect condition. (Acts 24:15; John 5:25-30; John 11:11-44) (Job 33:25; Genesis 1:28; Matthew 5:5; Psalm 37: 10, 11, 29; John 3:16; Romans 6:23; Isaiah 9:7)
May these and all scriptures serve to comfort, strengthen and sustain you during this difficult time.

My deepest sympathy goes out to the family and friends of Brian "B" Miles. All of the staff at Salvation Army Community Center watched you grow and we will miss you. My fondest memory of you goes back to our basketball championship game played at Bayard School. We were down by a basket with time running out, your teammate missed the shoot and you sacrificed your body and grabbed the rebound and as you were falling you passed it to your teammate for an open shot that won the game. Brian you are in GOD'S Hands. AMEN
