first of all having being your neighbor for over twenty years i've grown to love the moore and copeland family, your mom was one of a kind to me, we shared laughs together on my or her porch, i'm going to miss planting flowers in the spring with her, seeing her all dressed up for church, then i want to thank you for letting me be involved in the loving and caring of your mom, i will never ever forget her smile and the warmth she showed at the end, she sure was a jewel

To the Copeland and Moore Family,
I send you my heart-felt condolences. I have only met Ms.Colleen a couple times at P.S.Dupont where she worked with my Grandmother Everline Wilks. Ms.Colleen was a very nice and caring women. When I had off of school I stayed with my Grandmother and I went to work with her. Ms.Colleen was baking my Grandmother a Apple pie. I told her I love to bake and she told me her secerts and little things she do differently to the crust.I will never forget her or her Apple pie. When she made me one, I was so happy and I could not wait to dig in it. I think Ms.Colleen made the BEST Apple pie in the world. I pray that you will allow God to comfort you through this time of trial.
Weeping may endure for a night but joy comes in the morning, Psalm 30:5. May Gods Peace, Grace, and Love be upon you.
Although you can't hear me in person but in spirit, Mrs.Colleen C. Moore I will see you in Glory and this is a Farewell, not Goodbye.

The Moore Family: Let not your heart be troubled, Ms. Colleen is at rest now. This is a journey we all must take one day. Her work here on earth is done. Her physical being will forever be missed but her memory will live forever through you her children and family members.
Remembrance is a golden chain death tries to break, but all in vain.
To have, to love, and then to part is the greatest sorrow of one's heart. The years may wipe out many things but some they wipe out never. Like memories of those happy times when you were all together. ~ Author Unknown ~
Keep the faith and stay united and strong through this one of the toughest of times. I'll be praying for you all.

Baby Girl, Sister in the Faith,
How do I even begain to say good bye, I believe it would start by remembering and not forgetting all of our times together at work, singing songs, and placing ourselves in Prayer, Scripture, Bible study subjects, sharing life as co-workers and women of faith. Oh how far the Lord has brought us. Sometimes in life tears must fall, not tears of sorrow or dispare, but tears of joy and gladness.I will always remember your words of wisdom and your ever-so willing spirit to cook, serve, and help where the need took you. I thank Almighty God for the person and energy of Colleene, for I will truly miss you, your smile, and the person the Lord allowed you to become. My flesh is weeping much because I've lost a good friend. My spirit is rejoicing because another Saint child of the most high God made it home. This is not good-bye, but until we meet again on the other side, gloryfying the Father together as one in Christ Jesus. You've finished the race and you've won the prize and received your robe and crown. I love You and miss you already. Thanks Always for being my faithful friend.
For we know if this our earthly house [body]..were dissolved,we have a building of God,an house not made with hands..Therefore we are always confident, knowing that whilst we are at home in the body, we are absent from the Lord;..we are confident,I say and willing rather to be absent from the body and to be present with our Lord.
Friends Always Sandra
Till we meet again!
To the family, thank you ever so much for sharing your beloved-mother she was truly one of a kind wonderful "BLESSED" WOMAN OF GOD

To: All the Family!
When I went to visit Sis. Colleen she looked so peaceful. Sharon and family you have my condolences. I will always remember her talented chef skills in church. She was a very sweet lady, and with her quiet spirit she truly loved the Lord. "To be absent in this body, is to be present with the Lord. Be encouraged.
Peace and Blessings,
