Dear Family of Mrs. Yelling:
I am writing to offer my condolences. My 2 sisters and I were introduced to Mrs. Yelling in the very early 1970's thru my Aunt whose 2 daughters were taking piano lessons at my aunt's house. Mrs. Yelling graciously agreed to teach us. Eventually, after we purchased a piano, Mrs. Yelling came to our home, and for approx. 5 years she gave us lessons. Mrs. Yelling was always very professional, easy going, and never once raised her voice (knowing from the way we played the material that we did not practive prior to our lesson!).
My sister still has that same piano today. We have never forgotten Mrs. Yelling and wondered where she was and how she was doing.
I am very sorry to read that she passed away. She made a wonderful impression on me, my sisters, & my parents.
Very sorry for your loss.
Sincerely,
Susan K. Merrill.
